How do I submit a support request?

If you encounter any issues while using the platform, you can submit a Support Request:

• Step 1: Click the Support button in the top right corner of the Dashboard
• Step 2: Provide a detailed explanation of your issue
• Step 3: Use the Written Support or Add Screenshot options for clarification
