How is the Trendyol commission calculated?

Commission amount
The VAT-inclusive selling price is multiplied by the product's Trendyol category rate. The invoiced amount already contains the VAT.

Other deductions
Seller-paid shipping, the fixed per-order fee and any extra percentage fees come off the sale. The 1% e-commerce withholding is taken from the VAT-exclusive amount.

VAT netting
Input VAT on the purchase, commission, shipping and service invoices is deducted from the VAT on the sale; the rest is VAT payable.

Net profit
VAT-exclusive cost and fees are subtracted from the VAT-exclusive price. Withholding is a tax prepayment, so it does not reduce profit.
