Monthly Executive Summaries

Monthly Executive Summaries collect the month's critical competitor information and trends into a single detailed report. They are prepared in a format built for executives to read quickly, presenting the important developments together rather than spread across separate reports.

How you receive them

  • Reports are gathered automatically under the Executive Summary heading in the platform's reporting section.
  • A detailed Excel version arrives in the first week of each month.
  • The same report can be reviewed directly in the panel.
  • Your system administrator can define recipient email addresses from the admin panel to control distribution.

How to use it

  • Open the reporting section and find the Executive Summary heading.
  • Read the month in the panel, or download the Excel file for deeper analysis.
  • Ask your system administrator to add anyone who should receive it by email.

Why a monthly view answers different questions

Daily and weekly reporting is operational: it tells a pricing team what to react to. A monthly summary is for the decision that is not about any single price — whether a competitor has been systematically undercutting a category, whether your index has drifted over four weeks, whether a promotional pattern is repeating. Those trends are invisible at daily resolution because day-to-day noise hides them, which is why the monthly report is usually the one that reaches people who do not open the platform themselves.
