By purchasing our services or products, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund, how to request one, and applicable conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Service Issues: If our services do not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a technical or processing error.
  • Cancellation Requests: If you cancel your subscription within the cancellation period (see Section 4).
  • Refunds will NOT be provided for: change of mind after purchase, partial use of services, or non-use of services during a subscription period.

3. Return Conditions (Physical Products)

If your purchase includes a physical product, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email info@senkrondata.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Review: Our support team will review your request within 14 business days and determine eligibility.
  • Approval & Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

  • If you have a subscription, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are only available within the eligible refund period.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • If your refund request is denied but you believe an error occurred, you may escalate it to the Senkrondata Refund Team for re-evaluation.
  • In special cases, we may offer credit instead of a refund.

7. Refund Disputes

If you initiate a refund dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to reject the claim and take appropriate action.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes take effect when published on our website.
